After her husband gets injured and stops working, beautiful Reiko desperately needs to support the family. She lands a temporary office job, but her boss has other plans. He promises to help her get a permanent position, but his definition of 'permanent' involves a perverse contract where she must satisfy his sexual demands.

It's exactly what the title says—a married woman getting NTR'd—but the character has no defining traits and the content feels mediocre. It's just sexual harassment, getting her drunk, and then suddenly she's already broken and compliant. Given the title 'Genital Employment,' I would have preferred a more sadistic approach where she's treated like an object. The ending skips ahead to her suddenly wanting it, so the crucial 'training' part is missing. The initial harassment is also too rushed—he takes her top off and puts his hand in her panties, and she barely resists. For a 2-hour runtime, I would have preferred an ending where she's discarded after being used, or fired from her job, rather than this 'happy ending' where she's fully broken. Honestly, I don't know if many people would watch this just for Kogawa-san. If you're a fan or like light NTR, it's fine, but there are plenty of alternatives. It's a very 'meh' new release. It follows the standard NTR tropes, but it lacked any real impact for me.
