The story outline is exactly as described. Takigawa-san comes from the franchise headquarters to train a convenience store owner, and the desperate owner... well, you get the idea. There are two encounters, I suppose? One in the back room and one in the store. It's interesting to see the contrast between her reluctance in the first scene and her slightly more proactive nuance in the second. Bringing out that difference is Takigawa-san's true charm.
