I didn't watch the whole thing carefully, but I don't think there was any penetration except for the first person. I thought the last one (the 5th) was good. If anyone knows the name of the last actress, please let me know.
The plot involves a group of rapists gang-raping a beautiful new mother who is at the 'peak of happiness' with her newborn baby. Even for a fictional setting, it's a pretty dark and twisted scenario. While there are some 'unique' acts, like shoving a baby's pacifier or bottle into the mother's privates, it's essentially your standard gang-rape fare. That said, the directorial choice to overlay the sound of a crying baby during the rape scenes, or forcing her to perform oral sex in front of a baby carriage, is in extremely 'poor taste,' even when you account for it being purely fictional.
There are five actresses, but the very first scene on the bus is fire. The actress is great, too! I think a solo release would work well. The other four aren't worth watching! It's a shame the second half is so lackluster, but the first scene alone makes it worth a watch.
