It's an older work, but it's still pretty hardcore even by today's standards. I was a bit put off by the bleeding during the fist-fucking scene. If you're sensitive to that, you should probably skip it. It felt less like an SM film and more like they were trying to drown the woman.

*What's so funny about suffocating and tormenting a woman with a series of water attacks? Mostly just water attacks. It just makes me feel worse. It would be more interesting to take the man who is being attacked by water and make him experience the same pain as he is being attacked by water. After all, it's no fun unless you let a woman experience pleasure.

It's focused entirely on water torture, so it's definitely for water torture enthusiasts. For us SM fans, it's a bit too niche. The scene where she's shoved upside down into a drum for a massive enema was decent enough, but the scene where she's forced to keep her face in a water tank dragged on way too long, and I really don't get the appeal of pumping water into her nose with an enema syringe.
