I really love this work. I personally like the storyline, and since it features popular AV actresses, I think it's a high-quality production.

Three female lawyers appear, but as it reaches the second half, it seems they ran out of ideas and it just wasn't interesting. Especially the third one, Kotone Amamiya, who often appears in NATU and DANDY works; I like her looks, but honestly, I didn't expect much from her acting. I figured playing a lawyer would be a high hurdle for her, and sure enough, she was just reading off a script/notes the whole time in a monotone voice, with zero realism as a lawyer. The concept of an intellectual woman losing control is fine, but rather than drugging her with sleeping pills(?) and having her climax from the moment she wakes up, it would have been more interesting and erotic to use an aphrodisiac like in the NATU tutor series—the contrast is much better.
