Nurses, housewives, and office workers are kidnapped, bound, and sensory-deprived. With their sight and hearing blocked, they are plunged into a state of pure terror. As their bodies are relentlessly teased, the unknown sensations strike their brains directly. Fear quickly melts into overwhelming pleasure, driving them to spasms and uncontrollable orgasms.

The plot is just three standard rape-themed segments. What's more impressive than the 'blindfolds,' 'earplugs,' or 'restraints' is the 'high-speed' 'piston' action. All three segments involve so much thrusting that they don't just trickle, they make them squirt like a fountain. However, the fact that some of the male actors have their faces blurred is a bit of a letdown. Can't they just get rid of the mosaics entirely?
In an era flooded with cheap, fake SM humiliation videos, this felt like a high-quality training video that was genuinely refreshing. The second nurse was absolutely incredible. The male actor's relentless and thorough assault left her splayed out, pissing herself, convulsing, and drooling—she was broken in a way that was almost pitiful. Watching a woman deprived of sight and sound, trembling in fear, only to have her masochistic side awakened by persistent torment and discover pleasure, was masterfully done. She was letting out strange moans, and her nipples were rock hard. If I had to nitpick, the first part with Nozomi Hazuki is a bit weak. Some say it feels staged, but the issue is that the 'torment' is just poorly executed. The balance between the aggressor and the receiver is off, and they aren't in sync—the actress is fine, though. I'd give the Hazuki part 3 stars, but the other two were flawless, so I'm giving it a perfect 5. I'm definitely buying the sequel.
The second nurse was really good. In the scene where she uses the vibrator, you'd normally expect someone to close their legs, but I guess that wouldn't make for a good scene, would it? I would've liked to hear the actress's thoughts at the end. I'm curious if the sensitivity was real or just acting in that kind of setup. Also, I think it would've been better if they hadn't taken the blindfolds off the second and third actresses.
It's definitely an interesting concept. However, the actress's 'pleasure' acting is so over-the-top that it kills the mood. There's no way she'd be feeling it that much, so the forced moaning, screaming, and shaking feel fake and off-putting. As the title suggests, it's a film about depriving the senses, so the scenarios where she gets attacked are often a stretch. I hope they make those parts smoother in the future. Also, cut out the overacting. Just reacting naturally would be more than enough to make it worth watching.
