A husband who wants to watch his wife with another man arranges for his doctor friend to 'examine' her. Under the guise of a medical check-up, the doctor touches her everywhere, pushing her to her limits. Despite her initial resistance, her body betrays her as the doctor's touch turns sexual, eventually leading her to give in and engage in full-blown intercourse right there in the exam room.
The girl on the cover is cute and has beautiful breasts. She has the kind of body that makes you want to mess around with her.

There was a sex scene at home. I thought, 'Huh? Did I pick the wrong video?' The exam-themed groping was poorly executed, and there was no sense of her being the 'unable to refuse' type—that dynamic just wasn't there. The title is completely misleading.
Personally, I liked the first one, Haruka Motoyama. She gets wet easily, so just touching her down there makes her overflow with fluid. Her reactions are quite calm, which makes it feel real.
The plot involves a husband and an OB-GYN conspiring to lure a housewife to the clinic for a fake check-up, only to have sex with her. It's quite elaborate, featuring three patterns: 1) the husband appearing mid-act, 2) hidden camera footage, and 3) the husband swapping places with the doctor. Three actresses appear: Haruka Motoyama (cover) first, Sarina Takeuchi third, and I don't know the second one's name. They all act well enough, making for a stable production, but it still lacks impact. Maybe it's the casting? None of them were really my type. The concept isn't bad, and the volume is just right, but I'd like to see something more shameless that really flusters the housewife next time. (Maybe some creampies would be nice.)
