The '16 years younger' premise makes no sense, and I don't get why she wants to get pregnant. She gets close to the guy out of nowhere, but the lack of development makes it hard to follow. It would've been better if things were clearer. Mikako Abe is flat-chested, but I like her face, so I'll give her credit for that. The sex scene in the breakroom was good, though the selfie angle was annoying. Seeing her in the uniform felt very real—that's definitely a turn-on. I don't mind this kind of setup, so I'd like to see it again with some improvements.
