NHDTB-183 - Neighbor

Even a pitcher with a great breaking ball doesn't throw it 100% of the time. I get using the missionary position only for the 'knockout' scenes. Maybe they wanted to differentiate, but it clearly backfired. The second actress doesn't have a knockout scene, but there are two moments where it looks like she's trying to act like she's out. If that was the direction, it's brilliant—it looked like she tried to pass out but got too stimulated and finished instead. If they can do that, why not vary the positions? The third actress has a knockout scene, but it's obviously acting. Plus, she reacts immediately to the water. If the director intended for the viewer to feel superior by realizing it's fake, then this director is terrifying! I gave it 4 stars despite the lackluster action because of the first actress's performance. Especially the first of the two scenes! If it were a documentary-style film with just her, I might have believed it. The second time she wakes up was clearly acting, but the first knockout scene was worth watching—I replayed it several times to check. Still, knockout scenes should definitely be done lying on the back.

It's my fault for expecting too much from the 'huge' claim. I rented it because of the intense piston and the size, but the model's reaction was underwhelming. I assume they were trying to portray a 'fainting' climax, but the build-up was too tame and felt a bit lacking in intensity.
