NHDTC-094 - Description of exposure related to a woman in a short skirt

It finally arrived! I almost forgot it was coming out, or maybe I just blocked it out... Oh right, it's the panty-hand stuff! I got a little glimpse of it in the first scene. Most of it is just teasing with the outline through the panties, and they barely touch inside... honestly, it's a letdown. Such cute panties, and they don't even go for it. But the first scene in this one actually *has* panty-hand! Progress! I hope someday we get 3-4 people in a scene and they all go for it. Please and thank you. I'll give it 3 stars.
