I haven't read the original manga, but based on the sample pages, casting Mizuki Anzu was a stroke of genius. It's like she brought that 2D dynamite body straight into the 3D world; her figure is incredible. The manga seems to be known for massive amounts of ejaculation, and in this video, she's spraying tons of fake fluid—I'm not sure how they do it, but it's a lot. It's my first time seeing this kind of production, and it was surprisingly erotic. It had a variety-show vibe, but it was still plenty stimulating.

It seems to be an extension of the 'Forbidden XX Teacher's Chubby Sensual Lesson' series, and I hope director Dairyo Hata continues to make these kinds of films. A common feature with that series is the 'voice-over inner monologue' technique. This is obviously a matter of taste, and those who prefer realistic amateur content might find it unbearable, but personally, I think this direction is the charm of this work. Of course, Mizuki Anzu's surreal body is also magnificent, and one could say it's already a perfect live-action adaptation of an 'erotic' manga.
