NKSD-005 - Urology Patient

The initial examination scene is incredible. I never thought a simple check-up could be this exciting. Her chest and private areas are left exposed, and even though there's a partition, she's still visible to other male patients. The scene where Mao Suzuki realizes she's being watched but can't move and just turns her face away is heart-pounding. It’s not even a sex scene, yet it really fuels the imagination. The video quality isn't great, but the sample clip gives you a good idea of the flow, so I recommend checking that out before buying. It’s a fresh concept you don't see in other works, so I highly recommend it.

...It's expensive. The actress's quality is hit-or-miss, but not terrible, and it's easy to empathize with her as an ordinary woman who had no choice but to visit the hospital. The actress playing the doctor is delightfully obnoxious, which effectively heightens the sense of shame from being exposed. The set is well-crafted and the content is quite niche, so if you like this genre, it's not bad at all. However, compared to other titles, I'm not sure it's worth the price tag. I'd recommend renting it first.

She's not exactly a stunning beauty, and the story is pretty standard for an AV, but thanks to the camera work and the director, it hit all the right spots for me. If you like the sight of an ordinary-looking woman acting shy and reluctant, this is a well-crafted piece. The way her hips move while she's coyly resisting is incredibly erotic.

It starts with urology and ends with gastroenterology (proctology)... I was incredibly turned on by the fact that the intelligent-looking Mao-chan agreed to such extreme play!

I found the parts where the patient (actress) feels embarrassed and the female doctor performs the examination and treatment (verbal abuse/humiliation play) so nonchalantly, while completely disregarding human rights, to be quite arousing. There's a scene where the patient gets raped, which I personally think was unnecessary, but perhaps it was unavoidable to lead into the final treatment... Overall, though, I like this work.
