Yu Kawakami was good in the unique role of a woman who wants to be examined, but there were many disappointing camera angles, and it felt less impressive than I had hoped.

Actress Yu Kawakami 'acts' as an exhibitionist woman who tries to take off her pants to show others. Whether you accept her 'acting' or not will determine your preference, but she is a valuable presence in that she can handle works like this, rather than just being on the receiving end and moaning. It was an interesting work with a rare setting. If possible, it might have been more erotic if Yu had been caught by other patients or faced even more embarrassing situations.

As everyone else has mentioned, it's a good release, but wouldn't it be better to try some different camera angles? Especially for that final enema scene.

It's erotic no matter how many times I watch it. The expressions that come out naturally—I can't tell if it's acting or if she's genuinely feeling it... It's so natural that I start to wonder if it's actually her 'real' self. Well, the premise is a bit forced, but I think it's a great piece that delivers where it counts.
