NKSD-014 - Proctologist's Secret: Patients Can't Help But Explode

Chihiro Asai's pained expression is truly beautiful. She's placed on a gynecological exam table with her legs spread, moaning as she's subjected to a drill attack (her intense spasms are quite a turn-on). Afterward, she's given an enema via catheter, followed by a piston enema. She's tormented, crying out, 'Ah, it hurts,' 'Stop it,' and 'I can't take it, it's coming out,' while having her stomach pressed. First, she wets herself, and then, unable to hold it in, the enema fluid gushes out from her anus. (The fluid is yellow and looks like feces, but there's no actual stool, so those who dislike scat are safe.) Her voice is husky, making her suffering feel very real. She spasms when she feels pleasure, making it easy to tell when she's climaxing. She's a rare actress whose 'victim' face is genuinely beautiful. There are many scenes here not found in the 'Proctology' Vol. 6, and since many people just want to see Chihiro Asai, this one is a better value.

Given the studio's promotional copy, the cover art, and the casting of 'pervert' actress Chihiro Asai, my expectations were high. However, true to this Taiyo Tosho series, I couldn't rate it any higher than 'average.' The production team and director keep churning out content without understanding the perspective or sensibilities of the fans. With a bit more effort in the pacing, capturing the model's inner emotions through facial expressions, and more creative camera angles, the final product could have been completely different. For those who are fans of Chihiro Asai, her work 'National Poop Travelogue: Hokuriku Edition' is also available on DMM, so I highly recommend checking that out.

I feel like a lot of Taiyo's recent medical-themed works are a bit too blunt and lack detail. Even with the enema, nothing comes out (though that's always been the case). There are just too many stories that feel completely detached from reality.
