NKT-005 - Dungeon Slave: Chihiro Makino's Ultimate Final Performance

Most torture-themed works just jump from one play to the next without a cohesive story, but this one keeps her bound throughout the confinement and includes vibrator and oral scenes. It's been a while since I've seen a good one. That said, since it's a torture theme, there seemed to be a lot of whipping scenes. I think it would have been even better if they included things like vibrator-bound neglect or wooden horse torture.
