It's set overseas, but the male actor is obviously Japanese. It's a 'hidden camera' concept, so the angles and image quality are a bit lacking, but you don't really complain about that with these kinds of gimmick videos. The actress on the top right of the cover (Ariga Yua?), she was just as cute as the cover suggested. Prestige doesn't really over-edit their photos for these multi-actress projects, so if you think they look cute on the cover, it's worth a rental. She was very active during the scenes, which was great. A lot of the other actresses have good reactions too, so I recommend it.
