There's no mistake in the above description, but it wasn't a work where you could definitively say "three male actors are taking turns inserting and f*cking Hitomi's upper and lower holes." After that, it's just the three of them doing whatever they want to Hitomi-chan. Moreover, she's gagged and can't make a sound, and sex and doggystyling continue in front of her husband.
