I found my wife's DVD in the kitchen... I was shocked to see my wife in the video.

I don't hate the premise. I mean, normally you'd confront someone if you found a DVD, but I can accept the setting of a weak-willed man. However, the part where she cheats with men other than her brother was unnecessary. It just turned her into a generic slut character.
Kanako-san's acting is good, and the brother-in-law Yoshimura-san and the newcomer Hame-san, who was rarely cast in the Nagae style, showed great chemistry. My only complaint is that it only depicts the wife after she's already fallen, so the process of why she gave in to her brother-in-law is missing. Without that, the excitement level suffers... On the flip side, a good point is that the cuckolded husband doesn't interrogate his wife until the end. In Attackers' husband-perspective works, I personally can't stand the portrayals where they get angry at the wife instead of the lover, lose their strength, or just leave in silence. This dramatic development, where the evidence is clear but he's torn between wanting to believe her and being too timid to say anything, feels much more realistic. It would have been perfect if they had drawn the cuckolding process a bit more carefully.
*Kanako made her debut with SOD and has released quite a few AVs. She has done many dramas, and Nagae's style dramas are authentic and always worth watching. This drama was also quite well done, and I think Kanako's acting has gotten better as well. As for the entanglement, it seemed really comfortable, and I thought he was really feeling it, but if that was just an act, then I think women are scary creatures. Well, I want to marry such a cute wife! I wonder if I'll put up with it even if someone cheats on me. I might get excited about Netorare again lol
