NSSTH-019 - Secret affair while caregiving: Married woman's steamy encounter with an old man

Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. The cinematography, script, and acting are all meticulous. While I can tell they put a lot of effort into the filming despite the short runtime, I couldn't help but wonder if they could've made the cuts a bit sharper. The story progresses so slowly that it became exhausting to watch. It feels like they were trying so hard to emulate the style of V-Cinema or a feature film that they lost the balance with the eroticism that is the essence of AV. It's a difficult challenge, but that's where I felt the shortcomings were. Yuzuru Narumiya's acting, along with the rest of the cast, is excellent. The visuals are beautiful, so I'm giving it 3 stars.
