I've never really been a fan of Kanako Iioka's look for some reason... maybe it's because her face is too long, or maybe it's the hairstyle or the shape of her jaw. But I thought she looked cute in this one, which was nice. Also, the story is a well-executed twist on the 'netori' (cuckold) genre, so I think it deserves some credit for that.

While on duty, a doctor learns from a conversation between a doctor and a nurse that his wife was the 'town bicycle' for the doctors. One of them (Shimada) was her ex-boyfriend, and she apparently slept with other doctors at Shimada's command. She's the type of promiscuous woman who would even ask to be a sex friend herself. There are two scenes: 1. A 3P with Shimada and Doctor A (past), and 2. Sex with Shimada (present). I was surprised by the dual NTR setup—NTR by the husband (present) and by the ex-boyfriend (past). Kanako Iioka has appeared in many NTR works, so her acting is top-tier; her performance in the first flashback scene, where she's flustered yet clearly enjoying it, was perfect. However, the present-day segment, which should be the main focus, is underwhelming. Reasons: - Almost no NTR-style dialogue (e.g., 'better than my husband'). - No glances toward the watching husband (camera) like in previous works. - The sex feels too routine since they've done it so many times in the past. - The 'promiscuous' character setting kills the sense of guilt/taboo. The sex itself is erotic and the story premise is excellent, but the lack of direction during the scenes makes the NTR feel weak. I found it lacking, and since I don't like the 'promiscuous' trope, I'm giving it 3 stars.
