The concept was absolutely insane. It didn't go overboard into entertainment-focused territory during the palpation stage, maintaining a sense of realism while expressing the eroticism inherent in medical procedures without guilt – that was great. I personally liked the setup where, adhering to the theme, the upper body remains clothed while the lower body is exposed only as necessary for treatment. The cast was all top-tier, but "Shinomiya Momo" with her semi-long hair was particularly well-done, feeling fresh and realistic. If they can maintain this quality, I'd love to see a sequel with Obara, Nagimiya Yukino, Kashiwagi Konatsu, and Nitori Hinata. This is a masterpiece, for real. Definitely worth owning.
