The title says 'seducing,' so I expected a slow build-up, but they get straight to the point as soon as they arrive at the ryokan. The mothers show no hesitation or resistance, as if they've been in a relationship for a long time. Honestly, the 'tense documentary' marketing is a huge exaggeration. I think the appeal of incest themes lies in the sense of taboo, but it's rare to find a work with so little of that. There are some pretty actresses... but for some reason, some look like trans women. The seduction part is so thin that it just feels like watching a middle-aged couple flirting. I bought it because I was hooked by the title, but if I could have previewed it, I probably wouldn't have.
