The content is actually quite good, better than before. However, the same old camera work and the 'split-selling' business model really drag down the rating. Consumers will buy quality, but when you sell clips individually without even a sample video, you're not going to attract anyone outside of the hardcore regulars. To get new customers, a full package is much more appealing than individual clips, or they should at least lower the price per clip.
