PANT-008 - Caught in the act! Girls feeding pigeons at the park with accidental panty flashes

I don't think it's bad, but it would be more entertaining if they pulled out a dove or something for effect. As it stands, it's just scattering trash everywhere. I assume the staff cleaned it up afterward, right?
