Who are you?"—are you kidding me? Even if the casual conversation sounds natural, you can tell immediately once they get physical. It's obvious whether they are long-term partners or just a couple thrown together on the spot after being told to act like husband and wife. The actresses' acting skills are bottom-tier. Even picking someone up off the street would be more believable than this.
