PARM-145 - Provocative bloomer-wearing girl with a peek-a-boo panty surprise.

It's billed as a bloomer/panty-exposure girl, but this work seems to be all about the panty exposure. I can't help but feel that the focus on the bloomers themselves, including the dialogue, has faded a bit. Also, and this is just my personal preference, I wish they could make it feel less staged. It's a theme I love, so it's all the more disappointing.
