The scenes felt more realistic and thrilling. I feel that her influence has left a significant mark on subsequent AV works.
There are so many of Honoka-san's works, and while collecting them is fun, this set alone is highly enjoyable. Her looks, body, and acting are all top-tier, and it's a massive 16-hour epic. Don't let the fact that it's an older release deter you; I highly recommend watching it.
