It's Himena Takahashi. Her other works are good too, but her cuteness really stands out here. The close-ups of her face are especially great. The way she looks shy after finishing at the end is a real highlight.

The cover art was a 10/10, but the actual video fell short. I wish they had stripped her down a bit more, even while keeping the clothes-on theme.
