I haven't watched the 3D version, but even without it, this is a highly satisfying work. The interaction between the two actresses is fantastic in every chapter. The lesbian scene and the 4P in the second half are especially top-tier. I loved being able to fully enjoy the soft, beautiful curves on screen, like when they press their hips together in the lesbian scene or when they both do the 'manguri' (spread-eagle) pose during the 4P. From the sound of farts while being held to the titular urination at the end, it's packed with content until the very last second. Very satisfied.
First off, I don't have a 3D setup, so I watched this in standard 2D. Please note that this isn't a review of the 3D experience. Kaede Fuyutsuki is beautiful, highly sensitive, and her dirty talk feels very natural—she's fantastic. Just watching her was worth a 5-star rating. Sae Aihara isn't bad either, though her face is a bit 'tanuki-like' for my taste. You get to enjoy both of them playing both roles effectively. My only complaint is that 120 minutes just isn't enough.
