It's probably because the lines and facial expressions (acting) don't match the situation.

At 159 minutes, it's a long film, and the initial rape resistance scene contributes significantly to that runtime. It starts after the 7-minute mark when the neighbor reveals his true colors, and it just keeps going: 24 minutes to get to oral, 29 minutes to the first penetration, and 35 minutes in by the time he catches her after she tries to run and forces a reaction out of her. Since it's an AV, the 'virtuous woman falling' trope is expected, but it wouldn't be satisfying if it happened too easily, so this direction wasn't bad.
