As others have mentioned, the quality of the actresses is abysmal. With 24 people, you'd expect at least two or three to be 'decent,' but this time it was zero. It's a level of quality you just don't see in typical amateur AVs. I'm usually pretty lenient when it comes to the cast, but this is just...
It's best not to have any expectations for this one. If you get turned on by this, you've hit rock bottom. She's supposed to be in a comatose state, yet she's clearly feeling it... It's all staged, right? I regret buying this.
Personally, I thought it was a pretty good piece. It includes a scene with anesthesia, and I enjoyed the mischief as well. The cast is definitely a hit-or-miss, but I'm looking forward to the next one!! If I had a request, I'd love to see a scene where the patient leaves as if nothing happened after the mischief is over! Also, I would have liked to see a moment where they say something like 'I'm going to do ○○ now' to the sleeping patient. Cheers.
Honestly, it's not very good. Personally, only about 4 out of the 24 were my type. And of those, 2 were half-hearted with the stripping... Well, they are women coming to a plastic surgery clinic, so I guess they wouldn't be that 'great' to begin with. But I didn't really need that kind of realism.
