They advertise it as 'creampie,' but you can see the condom through the mosaic, and the whole production feels half-baked. If you make a sequel, please: 1. Include the anesthesia scene, 2. Cast a beautiful patient, 3. Make the condom usage less obvious, and 4. Include a scene where the patient leaves as if nothing happened. As a fan, I really hope you take this into account.
