I was surprised that the dialogue didn't sound robotic but actually had some personality. The situation might be unrealistic, but it's a pretty enjoyable watch. I wish they wouldn't take off the pantyhose completely, though (lol). Also, I think wearing rubber gloves would add more realism. If I had to complain, the patient is way too energetic (lol).
