This is easily in the top 3 of the series! I hadn't seen the actress before, but her large areolas and nipples were seriously hot. Personally, I prefer Chapter 1 – the one without the male performer. It's a scene where she's getting a legitimate treatment from the doctor, and there's a conflict between not being allowed to feel anything and the gradual development of her Spencer glands. Having a guy jump in just diminishes the initial realism.

Her second work after switching studios. Fumika-chan is challenging herself with things she hasn't done or wasn't allowed to do before. So she probably wants to accept as many jobs as possible, but there's something concerning in chapter 2. She starts hyperventilating, and when the director tells her not to push herself, the actor says, "I want to keep going (until I cum)." Isn't the new AV law supposed to explain everything to the actress beforehand, so she doesn't feel pressured or vulnerable in the moment? It felt like I was watching a r*pe scene from the middle on. The ending also left me worried about what happened afterward, so I wish they'd included a scene where they reflect on it later. What I can appreciate is that I've never seen Fumika-chan get this worked up before, that was a plus. Overall, it left a bad taste in my mouth because I'm worried about her physical and mental health. Also, just to add, the filming is terrible. Way too much soft focus.

Nakayama Fumika's areolas are just insanely erotic, as always. The way they darken and get those tiny wrinkles when she's aroused is so hot. The early massage was great, you could really feel the texture of her skin. Her slightly sagging breasts have subtle wrinkles around the sides, which adds to the sexiness. It felt a little forced whether she was actually feeling it with the Spence glands or just acting, but just looking at her body is enough. It was good.

I don't understand why this isn't getting more love – it's genuinely fantastic. Hoping this series, where the actress really *feels* everything, continues for a long time!

Whether this is the *right* way to approach things is debatable, but this is packed with Nakayama Fumika's adorable curves and firm body – a real treat. Things get seriously hot when the older doctor starts shedding his pants, and seeing Kuroda, a fresh face, really go to town on her is a nice change of pace. The back play section, with her already completely aroused, is just phenomenal. It's amazing how she can shine even in a play-focused work, considering her acting skills are her strong suit.
