I'll overlook the fact that the actress doesn't know the character this time. However, please don't market this as a 'cosplay' production. The camera focuses way too much on her panties rather than the costume. Cosplay works are all about showing off the outfit; the panties are unnecessary. Plus, the panties don't match the costume at all. Please don't cut corners on details like that. Also, what was that first Reimu cosplay? It's missing the essential shoulder collar, the ribbon color is wrong, and the skirt is way too short. Do they not know that Touhou characters don't wear miniskirts or show that much skin? The staff clearly doesn't understand the appeal of cosplay. I wish someone who actually loves cosplay would direct these.
