Undercover agent Karen infiltrates as a nurse to find her missing family, but she's outsmarted. Taken hostage and forced to take powerful aphrodisiacs, her pride and mission are shattered by waves of intense pleasure. Watch her break down completely as she's subjected to endless orgasms and deep, forced internal creampies.

In the scene where Karen, covered in aphrodisiacs, has sex with the scientist, she says 'This... feels good...' in a small voice, even though she technically shouldn't be fully broken yet—that was so erotic. Watching her small body tremble while she experiences an orgasm was also top-tier.
Still has that beautiful face and body. The sex scenes are aesthetically pleasing; the acting is a bit subtle, but there are definitely parts worth watching.
Karen Yuzuha plays an undercover investigator. It's a classic setup, but the process of her falling from grace after being raped is the highlight of the film. Her expression while trying to endure the pleasure is incredibly erotic. Very nice.
They didn't lie. 'Nobility' just changed to 'Big Breasts,' and 'Aphrodisiac Climax' changed to 'Aphrodisiac Pleasure.' She has big breasts, and it is pleasure. Let's put the plot aside. Actually, there is almost no plot. Given this level of acting, maybe skipping the plot was a smart move. In the opening training scene, her pronunciation is slurred, her delivery is unnatural, and her expressions are doll-like... the way she delivers lines like she's shouting while holding a gun at a crime scene... Karen-san shows off her incredible (lack of) acting skills right from the start. It's intense. Even in the scene where she infiltrates as a nurse to get close to the hospitalized gang boss to ask about her brother's whereabouts, she just blinks a lot with an emotionless face. It feels like a rush job without any understanding of the character's psychology. Even if there were emotions she wanted to convey, her acting skills aren't there to support them. I don't know if it was like this from the start or if they changed direction, but once the play starts, it proceeds in a way that requires almost no acting (the plot doesn't move). Once the play starts, it's definitely easier to watch. The first scene conveys the feeling of her having to accept it despite resisting strongly to protect her brother. However, maybe because she can't gauge the effect of the aphrodisiac, her acting is extremely over-the-top. The scene where she brushes her hair back while moaning 'ugh, ah' during a climax is a total turn-off (the male actor should have been more careful). If you want to make it look like you're really feeling it, you should be going crazy with your hair disheveled. Next is with the male actor playing the doctor. It has no meaning in the story and is unrelated to the aphrodisiac. It's eye candy because she's naked and covered in oil, but if it's a drama and the only highlight is the play scenes, there's no point in filming it as a drama. Then there's another group play that's unnecessary for the plot. Finally, Karen-san is injected with a reagent that increases sensitivity 100x. It's an aphrodisiac climax film wearing the mask of an investigator story. They didn't lie, but it means the drama parts are all unnecessary. The work gets 1 star, +1 for the excellence of the final climax play. I've seen a few of Karen-san's dramas and noticed her awkward line delivery, but this is the first time her expressions and emotional acting have been this lost. Works where the emotions are relatively easy to imagine, like a tsundere older sister or a perverted boss, or roles that fit Karen-san herself are safer. Unless you have a special attachment to investigator stories or like over-the-top masochistic acting, I don't see any reason to go out of your way to watch this.
I bought this because I like the series and the actress is beautiful, but she gave in to the aphrodisiac way too fast. I know it's an aphrodisiac-themed work, so complaining feels nonsensical, but it was just too quick. There was practically no struggle at all.
