The second encounter is supposed to be in a hotel, but it doesn't *feel* like a hotel, and the slow-mo is pointless. Then there are short scenes meant to build the relationship – a kiss in the hallway, sex in the bathroom, fellatio during breakfast – but the transitions between acts are clunky. They're trying to build tension, but the room decor doesn't feel like a hotel, and it doesn't feel like Neo-chan's bedroom either, so it doesn't help the atmosphere. It goes straight to the payoff after ejaculation, so there's no dramatic build-up. This makes the ending feel unsatisfying and anticlimactic. Up to this point, the drama and play haven't been engaging, and considering the casting, the age gap between Neo-chan and the male actor feels like 20 years. That means the male actor's wife has given up on housework and only cooks when she feels like it, giving off a vibe of being married for over 20 years. At the very least, before it gets this far, they should have separated or be on the verge of divorce. It feels so unnatural that you wonder if there's a reason they can't get divorced. Simply put, the male actor looks around 30, so the setup feels off from the start. The core idea is good, but everything that connects to it fails, leaving the enjoyment solely reliant on the actress's performance. Even Neo-chan, a talented actress, can't save this incredibly forced story. Honestly, even with a little bias towards my favorite actress, I can't recommend this.
Even with a change in partners, Akari delivers a fantastic performance. The visuals are stunning, the camera work is excellent, and the editing is top-notch. Akari's ear licking, fellatio, and moans are incredible – this was seriously amazing sex! The male actor's performance is on par with Nakata Ippei. With two solo releases a month now, I'm really looking forward to seeing more of Akari's work.
