I think the appeal of this genre lies in watching an OL or an ordinary-looking woman struggling with hidden arousal in public—on the street, on a train, or in the office—desperately trying not to climax while fearing discovery, until she can no longer hold it, struggles to walk, hides somewhere, and finally loses control and wets herself. There were some great works in the past, but this one misses the mark; it lacks shyness, lacks a sense of purity, and starts off already exposed. Also, you don't even need the actual sex scenes; the buildup to the incontinence is enough. Why not use actresses who don't do nude or sex scenes? Katherine Heigl in 'The Ugly Truth' is a classic example of this vibe.
