The scene with Oshima in 'Seijo no Shizuku' is one of the best in AV history. Not only does it highlight Mina Morohoshi's shy yet erotic charm, but more importantly, Oshima is going at it with such genuine intensity. I bet this was the most heated shoot of his entire career.

I was excited to see this 'Saeki Tomo' Video Ethics Committee release return with lighter censorship, but the final product was a bit of a letdown. With such great material, did the production team play it too safe? Ultimately, the actress's heart just wasn't in it. To put it bluntly, there was this cold, detached vibe—like she was thinking, 'I'm the Kuroki Hitomi of the AV world, I'm dressed like this and doing this, what more could you possibly want?' Honestly, I couldn't get into it at all. I wasn't old enough to watch AV during Muranishi's prime, so I only knew him as that noisy old guy who talks too much during sex. But after seeing how he managed to break down this frigid-seeming actress and capture such a raw, intense performance, I walked away with the unexpected realization that maybe the guy really is a genius.
