RBD-290 - Despair of the Lady and her Daughter: Consumed by Dark Desires

The problem with this work is that it clearly splits the screen time: the mother in the first half and the daughter in the second. Turning the mother into a wreck in the middle just to wrap up her arc is too rushed and forced. I wonder if the director chose this structure because they lacked the skill to film group scenes. The flow of a happy family collapsing, and the mother—drugged and forced to kill her husband to save her daughter—falling for the man who stole everything, is actually quite erotic, so it's not bad at all until the middle. However, the actress playing the daughter is far less impressive than Sawamura, which makes the second half inevitably weaker. I'd give it 4 stars for the first half and 2 stars for the rest.

*In the beginning, Reiko Sawamura is raped in exchange for a promise not to touch her daughter. Sawamura feels it even though he doesn't like it, and says his lines in a daze. He's quite sexy. However, after that, the medicine goes down quickly and the daughter is raped, but she has no sex appeal compared to Sawamura. It ended up being a work that really had no highlights. Sawamura herself is an actress who is perfect for this kind of work, so it's a shame that she falls off so easily in the beginning. It would have been better if he had stretched it out more and forced his daughter to do some hard training, or humiliated him in front of her. I think Reiko Sawamura should be used more effectively.

The poor scenario, which is unlike Attackers, really stood out. The flow from the initial rape to the confrontation with the daughter was great, but in the next scene, the mother is practically a vegetable. Using drugs as a plot device is just too lazy. They should have depicted her fall from grace with more care. The urination scene was also pointless; it just happened without any context. I wanted to see the shame of having to do it in front of her daughter or the men. Reiko Sawamura's sex appeal is perfect for Attackers, so I hope to see her again in a different production (preferably something like the 'Slave Color Stage' series).
