The setting is that she is the wife of the hospital director's son and works as a doctor at the same hospital. A medical equipment salesman who has long had a crush on the protagonist uses hospital corruption as leverage to beg her to show him her naked body. He forces himself on her and takes photos with his phone. → Using those photos, he forces oral sex in the exam room → She is called to the salesman's home for unprotected sex → On the way back to the hospital, she gets a ride from a former patient, Sagawa, and is raped outdoors. I assume they chose an outdoor rape scene to follow up on the humiliation at the salesman's house, but it lacks impact. Outdoor shooting has limited brightness due to sunlight, the equipment isn't great, the image quality drops significantly, and the footage itself lacks beauty and impact. Since she's a doctor, I wish the rape scene with Sagawa had taken place in the hospital room. Being violated during her shift would have been more impactful. The story and script were good, so it's a shame; I'd rate it as just 'good'.

I don't know why they had to bring Ginji in at the end. It ended up being a very messy conclusion where she just gets raped. I was hoping for a story where Sagawa appeared early on, and Shiho continued her relationship with the blackmailer even after the threats ended, only to be caught by her husband. Given how much screen time was dedicated to it, I was quite disappointed.

Director Yu Agawa is famous for the masterpiece 'The 3 PM Visitor,' and it seems his strengths really shine in longer works. The character design and the buildup to the torment in this one were good, too. However, the main rapist isn't involved in the final rape scene, which makes for a disappointing development that lacks the romance of 'a beautiful woman succumbing to a rapist.' I docked a star for that. If it's titled 'Submission of...', I wanted the story to proceed under the main rapist's control until the end. There are also some maniacal fetishes like urination that weren't in previous works, so those who aren't into that should be careful.
