As others have pointed out, there are some plot holes—like why she doesn't just grab the knife and fight back, or why it was the nurse and not the patient who got released after the doctor swapped in—but the forced nature of the acts and the actress's performance made it well worth watching.

Yuka Minase isn't exactly a classic beauty, but her massive breasts are incredible. From the forced striptease to the assault, her performance as the victim was quite convincing. Nao Kojima felt like just a filler, which was disappointing. It was exciting to see Yui Hatano, who resisted quite violently when being taken by the patient, suddenly go quiet and accept him with almost no resistance once the partner changed to Tabuchi.

I rented this for Yui-chan. Watching her get taken by the thug and the doctor was entertaining enough, but I'm disappointed there wasn't a forced lesbian scene with Yuka and Nao, who were also victims, and no group scene with the thugs. If you're going to cast Yui-chan, I wanted to see her get pushed much further.

*1 and 2 were good, but 3 and 4 are situations like this only in dramas.
