It starts off very degrading: getting raped and secretly filmed while naked in the bath, being stripped by men in the guest room, forced to climax with fingers, and being raped from both ends. However, in the second half, she acts like a nymphomaniac, making it look like consensual sex and killing the 'degradation' vibe. It's a ryokan, so why the Western-style room, bed, and negligee? It doesn't match the aesthetic of the hot spring, tatami room, and kimono from the first half. Unlike previous 'Beautiful Landlady' entries, there's no wasted screen time on unnecessary characters, and the motive for the assault is simple, which makes for a fast pace, but the second half is a huge missed opportunity.
