RBD-674 - Exposed Desires Under the Lab Coat: Ayaharu Natsume

Ayaka Natsume, 30 at the time. Her supple, slender body is truly beautiful, and her moans are seductive. Since aphrodisiacs are used from the start, there are no violent scenes at all. I was super excited watching her writhe seductively while restrained. It's rare for an Attackers production to end on a win-win note rather than a bad ending, and that wasn't bad at all.

This was great because Mr. Tabuchi's persistent, nagging style of teasing matched perfectly. The sleeping sex, the sex scene on the operating table, and the scene where Mr. Tabuchi makes her perform oral sex while he stays seated in the director's chair were especially good.

Every scene in this work is great, but the final scene is, in a word, beautiful. It’s a masterpiece from the era of light mosaics. Even if you aren't a fan of Ayaharu Natsume, this is a must-buy.

This is a work featuring Ayaka Natsume. The scene where the intelligent and refined-looking doctor is kidnapped with chloroform and tormented was worth watching.

(2) Lack of intimacy: They reunited after 14 months due to the director's death; otherwise, they might have gone years without meeting despite being engaged. Even after moving in together, there's zero intimacy. Was he just being too considerate? (3) Their relationship: Misaki leaving her fiancé for over a year is baffling. The script's ambiguity regarding whether they were intimate after her return is confusing. Was the fiancé just a clown character? (4) Medical inconsistency: She performs emergency surgery early on, but the actual procedure is cut. Yet, in the final chapter, she doesn't realize the pills given by the vice-director are aphrodisiacs, not stomach medicine. Isn't that a plot hole? 【Addendum to other reviews】 - Some call them 'Chairman/Vice-Chairman,' but they are 'Director/Vice-Director' in the film. - Regarding the 'weak resistance' critique: If you interpret it as the synergy between anesthesia and aphrodisiacs, her acting was actually brilliant. - Regarding 'wanted to see more hospital sex': Since they could be paged at any time, clothed sex was inevitable. I think 2.5 minutes was sufficient for the story.
