This is essentially Shioka Shion's retirement piece. It's a rather subdued and straightforward performance, so it might not appeal to those expecting over-the-top acting, but I'd recommend it to those who prefer genuine reactions. The amount of enema fluid was a bit much for her small body, and she unexpectedly sprayed poop along with the liquid. It was cute to see her genuinely panic after confirming her poop had flown off-screen and looking at the actor. Since no new work has been released since then, it's possible she was shocked by the accidental expulsion. In a way, it's a valuable and rare piece.

Shion Shioka debuted in 2023 and released around 50 works in just over a year. This one feels like a standalone release, about six months after her most prolific period. She hasn't released anything new lately, so I wonder if she's retired. ■ The pacing is slow and the gameplay drags on... It has two holes at the end, but the interaction just feels sparse. ■ The enema... it seems like there wasn't enough prep beforehand, as something's already coming out... No defecation tag though.
