Not much filler, and overall I'd give it 3 stars... as a neutral assessment.

The line, "The more pleasure you have, the higher the chance of getting pregnant," is also a clever way to provoke mental resistance, setting the stage for her later descent. The camera angle showing the engagement ring on her finger in the opening scene is also improved, and the sloppy omission of the ring in the first installment has been fixed, raising the overall quality of the drama.
