The first half features 'ripping her dress and going in rough, ignoring her protests with a forceful backstab that ends in tears.' The second half is 'rough M-position riding, punishment backstab, collapsing like a withered leaf with deep thrusts, and a final endurance-based blowjob.' It was a crazy concept exploiting Tsutsumi-san's kind nature, but correcting the yellow tint reveals a truly amazing scene. You can't let your guard down with AI remasters (laughs).
