RCT-651 - The Hot MILF Next Door Is a Filthy-Mouthed Nympho

From the opening scene where Reiko Kobayakawa moves in next door and shows her underwear while picking up a dropped gift, to the title card appearing right as the door slams shut—it's all great. Plus, Miwako Yamamoto's performance as a total pervert in the middle is incredible. If you like strong women who take charge, this is the best. There’s nothing better. The director’s skill is evident, and the acting from both actresses is top-notch. It’s a masterpiece in this genre. I don't understand why anyone would give this a 2-star rating.
