Regular TV shows can fill the silence with atmosphere, background chatter, studio reactions, or music, so it rarely goes completely silent. In AV, because of the focus on the actress alone or the need for silence to hear the sounds, the gap feels much more pronounced. To fix this, you'd need more actors or some kind of background noise, but that would make the dirty talk hard to hear, so it's a difficult balance. The dragging feeling comes from those silent moments, and in this work, it took a bit too long to reach ejaculation, which made it a tough watch.
