If you like possession-style directing and composition, you might get hooked, but it just wasn't for me!

I recently watched the latest installment of the 'Bodyjack' series. The camerawork was significantly more refined than expected, and Sakura Tsuji's acting was superb. I was particularly moved by the delicate details in the opening scene. However, the shift to an omnibus format resulted in shorter story times, somewhat diminishing the series' signature tension and sense of domination from possession. Due to time constraints, the characters' appeal and the background of why that body was targeted weren't fully explored, and highlights like possession transitions and power-ups weren't delved into deeply. Especially the first story felt more focused on gender-bending than on 'Bodyjack' itself. This series revolves around stealing or taking over another's body, and the gap before and after possession, acting against one's will, and the feeling of superiority from exploiting someone's position are major draws. It was a shame that these aspects were weakened. Looking back at past masterpieces, 'Bodyjack 7,' 'Bodyjack 0,' and 'Bodyjack REBORN' all featured wonderfully in-depth, linear storylines. I hope you'll take those as references. In particular, the female doctor in 'Bodyjack 0' was incredibly captivating – originally a kind person, she's possessed and her knowledge is exploited, used as a tool to fulfill the protagonist's desires. If the series name hadn't been used and it had been developed as a different TSF work, it might have received a different reception. Also, the lack of colored contact lenses was a bit of a shame. Past installments emphasized the strangeness of possession through changes in the eyes, and that visual effect was missing this time. The attempt to challenge a new format is commendable, but returning to the classic storylines of the early series or adapting a work by the circle 'Possession Lover,' known for their manga and novels on the theme of possession, might be interesting. I have high expectations for the next installment and will continue to support you!

I'm a big pantyhose fetishist, and this is my second time seeing something like this... There were some rare full-body stocking outfits, and even face pantyhose, so it was packed with pantyhose content. The scene where she covered her entire body and face with stockings was truly amazing. The kiss while covered was also lovely. My only regret was that Tsuji-san quickly took off the face part of her full-body stocking. Since Kawagoe-san also had it on later, I would have liked to see them kiss while both were covered. Also, I probably shouldn't ask for this as someone who just wants to enjoy the material, but Kawagoe-san was kind enough to wear pantyhose, but there wasn't much deformation. The pantyhose itself didn't seem very stretchy. If I had to be greedy, I'd like to see a scene where everyone rubs against each other while wearing full-body stockings. It was a pretty unique work, lol.

There wasn't a moment of possession, so I didn't get to see what I wanted to see. I'd like to see a scene where a man who has astral projected and become a ghost overlaps with a woman. Also, it would be nice if the voice briefly became the possessed man's voice after possession, or if the possessed man's face briefly appeared.

The setting was a mess, and the omnibus format didn't really work for me. The BODY JACK series is just...off. I wish they'd go back to the Katakana Body Shack or the soul-infusion possession gun route.
